OSU Concession Stand Chrysalis Fundraiser 2007

Guidelines for the 2007 Season

DRESS CODE 

The dress code has not changed but will be strictly enforced including non-admittance and fines.

Black pants. Blue jeans do not count and black is black.

White polo shirt. No T-shirts are allowed. And no opposing team logo wear either.

Must wear OSU hats and aprons provided.

Comfortable footwear that is skid resistant. No flip-flops, sandals or backless shoes.

Violations will result in non-admittance and a fine of up to $20 to the stand.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE

We will check in at gate #37 which is in the south stands just right of where we used to enter at gate 31-33. 

Again there are additional requirements that will be strictly enforced as well:

Must have a photo ID and be listed on the roster at the gate to be admitted.

You will be issued a wristband, colors which will change each game, as you enter.

You will be required to sign an indemnity form at the stand indicating your cooperation with the rules and guidelines. Everyone working needs to be over 16 and if a minor must be accompanied by an adult or sign a release form in advance.

  If not on the set up crew, you still must be at the stand 2 hours before kickoff when the gates open to the fans ready to serve. 10:00 for a 12:00 game. If you are late they may not let you in, so allow ample time to find a parking space.
